Named after the late Constable Eric Smith, AKA Sykes. Uncle of the CEO and someone who discovered the magic of Campari with Zurena Tropical.

• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
• 3 oz Zurena Tropical
• Ice Cubes
• Lemon Peel

Instructions

Combine Campari, Jack Daniel’s and Zurena Tropical in lowball with ice cubes. Stir 3 times. Garnish with lemon peel.
