Wine, Bubbly & Beer Recipe: Raspberry Diva

• 2 oz Zurena
• 2 oz Chambord
• 4 oz Brut Champagne
• 8 raspberries

In our mimosa series, this one gets rated R for Raspberry.

Muddle 5 raspberries with Zurena and Chambord in a shaker, add ice and shake to chill. Pour into flute, top up with Champagne and drop 3 raspberries into glass.
