Grapefruit Z Recipe
The grapefruit originated in Barbados and became well established as a fruit for home consumption in the islands of the Caribbean before its culture spread to the American mainland.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Zurena
- 2 oz grapefruit sparkling water
- 1 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
- ½ slice grapefruit
- Spring rosemary
Instructions
Combine Zurena and grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice with grilled grapefruit slices. Top with sparkling water and garnish with rosemary sprint.
