Dark Spirits & Aperitifs Recipe: Chai Chai

Aromatic herbs and spices meet the sass of ginger and the naughty lure of dark rum. Chai tea will never be the same.

  • 1 oz Zurena Ginger
  • 2 oz Brewed and Chilled Chai tea
  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Milk
  • 2 Rum Cherries
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lime Wheel

Instructions

Combine Zurena Ginger, chai and rum in a shaker with ice. Strain into highball glass with ice. Drizzle coconut milk into glass. Garnish with coconut flakes, rum cherries and lime.
